Compassion, courage and community informs the ways that I show up with clients feeling stuck and overwhelmed in our demanding world. I love working with leaders who are shaping the world they want to see and am consistently amazed by what happens when we intentionally choose growth. Change is inevitable. Growth is optional. 

My work is grounded in somatic practices and noticing what our bodies are telling us. I lead with curiosity and listen closely for values and strengths.  Our work together will help you clarify your values and align your work in the world with what matters most to you in a sustaining and empowering way.
